Using MonthFolio
MonthFolio is a personal portfolio tracking and information tool. Use it lawfully and only with information you are authorized to provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of your imports, manual entries and selected currencies and exchanges.
Information, not investment advice
MonthFolio does not provide investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, execute trades, hold client funds or act as your broker or financial adviser. Values, gains, losses and exchange conversions are estimates based on the available data and your entries. Verify important information with your broker, bank or other authoritative source before making a financial decision.
Market data and availability
Quotes, exchange rates, trading calendars and historical information can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. Synchronization time is not necessarily the time of a market quote. Markets, currencies, fees, corporate actions and provider coverage can affect results. Continuous access, real-time pricing and uninterrupted synchronization are not guaranteed.
Your data and backups
Review changes before saving or importing. A holdings import replaces existing holdings, including manual changes, while cash, Others and cash transactions are kept. Maintain your own records and backups. iCloud synchronization depends on your Apple account, storage availability, connectivity and Apple’s services.
Third-party services and materials
Apple services, market data providers and other external services are governed by their own applicable terms. Third-party names, data and artwork remain the property of their respective owners. Acknowledgements and open-source notices are available in About MonthFolio.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MonthFolio is provided as available without a promise that all information or features will be error-free. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. You remain responsible for your financial decisions.
App Store license and contact
When obtained through Apple’s App Store, the app is also subject to Apple’s applicable Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate applicable license is provided. For support or questions about these terms, contact support@heksch.com.
